Abstract In the present study we have dealt with inSb crystals that were grown in our lab.(Qena) with the use of a modified bridgman growth technoque. the crystal was selected because of its known properties.according to the goals of this thesis we did the fowling : - identify the product crystals by X-ray diffraction method and the EDX technique. - study the electrical conductivity, the hall effect (R), hall mobility and charge carriers concentration (p) as function of temperature for the as-grown inSB crystals. |
