Abstract

Inspection is more important than ever in a global textile industry where brands and suppliers often don’t have long standing relationships and personal contact. Manufactures and client may be separated geographically, culturally, linguistically, and practically. ”There are no open lines of communications between the yam mills, fabric manufacturer, and garment manufacturer. A brand has to maintain the same quality from different sellers in different countries, even as the raw materials may change,”
-So it’s important to show many definitions such as samples, types of samples, samples plane, acceptable quality level (AQL), standards, types of standards, inspection, types of inspection and gannent defects classification
So a Comparison between three inspection offices, available in Egyptian industry is introduced,
- Through the comparison between the inspection offices to know how they work, to identify the form of the report that they check and to identify the accuracy both of them in giving a comprehensive final report for the product
- Through the comparison between the three offices of the inspection results show some points such as inspection stages which are performed on the production
Showing the fonn of the final report of inspection offices and at the same time discuss the differences which found in some of the points between the three offices
Finally tenns of assembly defects are shown and draw paJ”eto Diagram is drawn to find a solution for the most important and most frequent problems that occur in production.
from this research it was clear that there must be an agreement between the client, the factory and the inspection office before starting the production. And a clear definition of the main points of acceptance and rejections should be addressed, to prevent most of the problems that appears after this.
