Abstract

The aim of the present work is to evaluate the immunological response of prepared local inactivated ‎combined pentavalent (S. enteriditis , A.paragallinarum, Newcastle disease virus, Infectious Bronchitis ‎and egg DROP syndrome) vaccines in comparison with the imported inactivated pentavalent vaccine. ‎from this study it was found that: ‏1‏‎. Results of haemagglutination inhibition (HI) test for Newcastle disease titers in sera of chicken ‎vaccinated with one field dose of both local and imported inactivated polyvalent penta vaccines revealed ‎that the HI antibody titers in serum of chickes vaccinated with imported inactivated polyvalent penta ‎vaccine increased from (‎‏0‏‎ log‎‏2‏‎) at prevaccination time till reached the maximum level (‎‏8‏‎ log‎‏2‏‎) at ‎‏6‏th ‎week post vaccination (WPV) ‎‏2‏‎. The results of EDS component of the local and imported inactivated polyvalent penta vaccines using ‎HI test showed that these was increase in HI antibody titers from (‎‏0‏log‏2‏‎) at prevaccination time till ‎reached the maximum level (‎‏8.1‏log‏2‏‎) at the ‎‏6‏th WPV in case of chicken groups vaccinated with the ‎imported vaccine. But it could be deduced that the local prepared vaccine evoked an increase in HI ‎antibody titers till reach the maximum level (‎‏8.1‏‎ log‎‏2‏‎) at the ‎‏5‏th WPV and persist till the ‎‏6‏th WPV. ‎‏3‏‎. The results of IB component of the local and imported inactivated polyvalent penta vaccines using ‎ELISA that showed that the titer values increased gradually from (‎‏156.2‏‎) level before vaccination and ‎reached to ‎‏6268.6‏‎ and ‎‏6366.8‏‎ among local and imported inactivated polyvalent penta vaccines at the ‎‏6‏th WPV as regards to the control group the titer level increased with low values due to the increase in ‎age. ‎
‏4‏‎. The results of SE component of the local and imported inactivated polyvalent penta vaccines using ‎ELISA test revealed that the titer of antibody increased from ‎‏156.2‏‎ before vaccination till reaching the ‎maximum level which was ‎‏2464.9‏‎ in case of the local inactivated polyvalent penta vaccine and ‎‏2587.6‏‎ ‎in case of the imported one at the ‎‏6 ‏th weeks post‎
