Abstract
Diabetes is a common health problem of chronic that requires continuing care and education. the objectives of diabetes management are to eliminate symptoms, prevent acute complications acd reduce the risk of long term complications. to achieve these objectives self management education is the complication of treatment for all people with diabetes. so nurses are increasingly challenged to faciloiate self care practices and behavior of adult diabetic patient to learn additional knowledge and skills related illness and treatment.
