Abstract
The present study was designed to standardize Ultrasonography in diagnosis of some chronic diffuse parenchymatous liver diseases (schistosomiasis,cirrhosis and fatty liver) and to determine its effectiveness as a diagnostic tool in comparison to histo-pathological examination of liver biopsy.
