Abstract
Urokinase type plasminogen activator (upA), which expressed by the highly invasive cancer cells has been implicated in cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, invasion, metastases and angiogenesis of several solid and hematologic malignancies including breast cancer.
Much attention has been paid to irreversible inhibition of urokinase as it was proved that the physiological role of upA can be achieved by Tpa.
