Aim of study: The study is an attempt to establish a suggested plan for forming secondary school teachers of the gifted and talented in terms of some experiences of some developing countries.
Because of the nature of this study, the researcher used the historical, analytical, and descriptive methodology to achieve the goals of the recent study.
The researcher came up with several conclusions such as:
- Identified the concept of Giftedness.
- Characteristics of gifted and talented children.
- Characteristics of gifted and talented Teachers.
- The recent situation of gifted and talented teacher education in Egypt.
- The situation of educating teachers of the gifted and talented in some countries such as England and the United States of America.
- Build a suggested plan for preparing teachers of the gifted and talented in Egypt in terms of the experiences of these countries.
