Abstract

the present work was aimed to throw alight about the residue. Meat is considered a rich source of well - absorbed iron has high amino acids composition and it is concentrated source of vitamin especially B 12 antibiotic are used in bovine farms, there residues are essential from the public health stand point of view that illegally. Permissible limits of antibiotic residues in edible bovine tissue may produce injuries like terotogenic carcinogenic, mutogentic and allergic effects when consumed by human being over along period of time the bacterial resistance to the antibiotic, A total of 600 samples representing (200 muscle, 200 liver and 200 kidney) (50 carcass in each seasonal) were obtained randomly
from 120 cattle and 80 buffalos carcasses from markets & shops at Dakahlia governate. Egypt collected samples were examined for the presence of antibiotic residues.
