Abstract
Field samples of cpv-2 were collected and isolated on vero cells. The isolates
were identified by fluorescent antibody technique, electron microscopy and
peR .The isolates were sequenced with the localy prepared vaccinal strain.
Their sequences were compared with those of foreign vaccines traded in
Egypt.
The % of identities between isolates of group 2 , strain of locally prepared
vaccin and strains of foreign vaccines traded in Egypt were 95, 94 and 96
respectively. They were identified as cpv2,cpv2b and 2 respectively.
Phylogenetic analysis was done in between isolates, vaccinal strains and
reference viruses.Amino acid sequence was done for the isolates and the
lovally prepared vicinal strain AA changes were identified.
