Abstract

Environment has a direct correlation with quality practice envirioment and patient. Work climate can be seen as an interaction between variable environmental and nursing staff. Hospital are a source of variousf. hazards that may have exposed patients and nursing staff. Therefore awareness of these risks compliance with basic perventive measures and adequate resources for interventions are essential componets of safety management system. Safety is the responosibility of both the employers and the nursing staff. Employers mustrsing staff in meeting the goal of ensure a staff healthful practie environent and nursing staff is accountable sor knowing and folloing safety guidlines to assist the nursing a safe envioment.
