Abstract

Biological control of Some Insect pests that infect insect pests that infect sugar beet using entomopathogenic nematodes.
These include studies evaluating the effectiveness of four types of insect pathogenic nematodes of local, imported and local varieties and the different stages in the fight against Hcherty fly to beets and beet beetle Asalhvaúah.
The effectiveness of entomopathogenic nematodes in the fight against different stages of the beetle beet Asalhvaúah.
Small larvae larval life the first and second:
During a period of 24 hours of exposure of the nematode larvae of small entomopathogenic death rate was ranging between zero to 73.3%.
We have found that the values of lethal concentration for 50% of individuals (LC50) of the tested types of nematode larvae of small beetle beet Asalhaúah.
While the time required to kill 50% of individuals (L Y50) for the same species the previous 34 and 37 and 71 and 27 and 07 and 20 and 248 hours respectively.
Large larvae during a period of 24 hours of exposure of the nematode larvae large entomopathogenic death rate was ranging between zero to 46.6% death rates ranged between (40:13.3) and (40:13.3) and (46.6:20) and (zero: 26.6 ).
