Abstract
This study was planned as a trial for preparation and evaluation of bivalent FMD vaccine with alhydragel as adjuvant and saponin as immunostimulant . The quality assurance of FMD vaccine based on 3 categories : Sterility and safety test , and PD₅₀ to insure that vaccine is save ( no residual virus particles ) and potent.
