Abstract
Brucellosis is a major zoonotic disease widely distributed in domestic and wild animals as well as human . In Egypt the most commonly used vaccines are Brucella abortus strain 19 . Recently , Brucella abortus RB51 vaccine strain was used . In the present study, the immunogenic efficacy of Brucella vaccines used in Egypt was investigated.
