Abstract The vast weather changes effect on human activities. Dealing with data which derived from weather parameters manually is a very hard job. Also, the process of data entry for these parameters is a time consuming operation and requires a precise methodology suits different parameters. Using AI systems for solving this problem requires some modifications to be price adopted operation. Modeling weather date has to perform via two steps. First is optimization process to choose the best and low cost models that have the capabilities to deal with a large number of parameters. Second is modeling of actual environmental data related to various environmental applications which need detailed studies for investigating the suitable model for each application. This study aimed to develop an information system using AI techniques for meteorology during a neuro-fuzzy model to deal efficiently with large sized weather observations in order to predict the weather changes in Sadat region, western desert, Egypt. The current study includes five main chapters in addition to list of references and Arabic summary. The first chapter contains an introduction to meaning of weather forecasting and beginning of thinking in a prediction. Also, it includes the importance of it for planning to future. It includes a brief overview about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applicable in meteorological forecast. It concluded with presenting a detailed of research problem, aim of the study, the different methods for prediction and review of literature. |
