The aim of the study is to discover the role of Secondary Education in

• total number of paragraphs to the history books for the three grades
combined was (2485) paragraph, the number of paragraphs that contain
the concepts of human rights for all three rows were (479), the axis of the
concepts of political and civil rights had the highest rate (9.94%), followed

inclusion of some of the concepts of human rights in the content of the
history curriculum for secondary school.

awareness of secondary education contribution to the awareness and the
development of concepts of human rights they have, and the right of
equality, and there is no discriminatory practice among the students,

• The sample of students of general secondary education said that
public high school gave them the right to freedom of expression with a
medium degree. This highlights that the power represented by the school
management and teachers put their hands on this freedom and it is always
refrain from pre-school.
• The responses of the students of secondary education expressed
medium degree of the enjoyment of the right of humane treatment in high
school.
• The response of the sample came from the students of general
secondary education degree expressed medium degree to verify that the
reality is not satisfactory about the secondary education doing his duties
to make secondary school education within the school directed towards
the development of respect for human rights in the hearts of learners and
this reflects the lack of knowledge of the learner within the school that
they have guaranteed protected rights as human beings.
