This study aimed principaly to evaluate the Oriented agricultural
Television programmes across Egyptian T.V. Accordingly, specific
objectives were stated as follows:
1- Identify fields and contents of agricultural subjects which directed
through good morning T.V. programme through:
a) Studying the contents of agricultural subjects which directed through
good morning T.V. programme, and identifying contents coverage
rate for the aims of development strategy in ninety to 2017.
b) Studying forms of presenting the agricultural subjects m good
morning T.V. programme.
c) Determine subject matter sources in the agricultural subjects which
directed through good morning T.V. programme.
d) Studying the arrangement and suitability of agricultural practices
timing ior Hort and field crops in agricultural subjects in good
morning T.V. programme.
2- An~lyzing the contents of the land secrets T.V. programme through:
a) Studying the contents of the land secrets T.V. programme and
identifying contents coverage rate for the aims of development
strategy in 2017.
b) Studying forms of presenting the land secrets T.V. programme.
3- Identifying the opinions of extension Leaders in: T.V. as a knowledge
source, also their opinions in T.V. programmes which directed through
the Egyptian T.V., also their opinions in agricultural programmes, and

their opinions m agricultural subjects in good morning T.V.
programme, and their opinions in land secrets T.V. programme and
identifying the knowledge and adoption rate of the extension lesders, of
some proper practices presented through the two programmes.
To achieve the aims of this study, the research used ”content
analysis”. With reference to the third aim, which concem with the effect of
directed agricultural programmes across Egyptian T.V., the research has
done this study to know idease of extension leaders of the subjects directed,
and their suggestion towards the development, also, the knowledge and
adoption of those leaders for some agricultural practices including in the
agricultural T.V. programmes.
This research is divided into four chapters: the first deals with the
research problem, the second covers the review of literature, the third
explains the methodology, and the fourth presents the results and
discussions.
The main results could be summarized as follows:
- The study showed about the agricultural subjects which presented through
good morning T.V. programme that the plant production topics were
involved in 55.9% of all the presented agricultural subjects, then animal
produ~tion topics, and rural community topics, It cleared that the
important related aims of plant production which covering about 39%
from total times were promotion of field crops, raise capacity of
production needs, promotion ofHort. Crops.
- Concerning source of directed communication subjects across agricultural
subjects in good morning T.V. programme. It cleared that farmers
represent most of the communicators representing about 79% from
subject sourceE., then the extension agents and graduates.

- The results showed that majority of presented agricultural subjects in
good morning T.V. programms gave a large degree in balance to direct
the knowledge for different practical agriculture and gave to preplanting
stage enough importance, and also through planting stage.
- Concern types or forms of presenting the agricultural subjects in good
morning T.V. programme, it has been found that the content was in
groups according to the forms and that the dialogue between two persons
was the most importance one.
- The study showed about the land secrets T.V. programmes that the plant
production topics were involved in 71.7% of the programme, animal ·
production topics were in· 18.4% and rural co11llllunity topics were in
9.9% of the progra11lllle.
- The programming format of the land secrets episodes was found to
contain 41% comedy, 3 7. 7% neutral, and 20% tragedy.
All episodes contained background music, dancing in all its forms
and styles, folk songs, and folk proverbs.
All of the land secrets episodes had a direct messages or indirect
messages.
Concerning taking optmons of extension leaders, it has been found that
the T.V. in the first grade between different kinds of sources depending
it in information and knowledge (43%). It cleared that the most of
extension leaders bringing continuously listening directed agricultural
programmes (land secrets, and agricultural subjects in good morning
T.V. programme).
