Abstract
The main objectives of the present study were :1-Evaluting the performance of four species of pleurotus mushrooms on different agricultural wastes.2-Studying the effect of spawn ratio and supplements on the mushroom yield.3-Testing simpler methods for substrate preparation.4-Evaluting the nutritive value of produced mushrooms.5-Preliminary evaluting of the spent substrate as animal feed.
