Abstract
human semen contains many distinct components
which include proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, prostag-
landins, hormones, enzymes, organic acids, cations,
trace elements and vitamins.
In order to study the role of fructose in patho-
genesis of semen and to correlate this compound with
other data as count and motility, 30 s ub j e c t s were
selected and classified to three groups. Control group
comprised 10 apparently normal individuals with normal
spermogram, oligospermia group comprised 10 patients,
azoospermia group comprised 10 patients
