Abstract

Total quality management(TqM) is an important Management Philosophy and is widel used in all areas of educational systems as well as industrial processes.
The implementation of TQM in the educational process is identified. Over the last few years TqM in the educational process is dentified.
Over the last few years, TQM has been Applied in an educational system.
Most of the applications have been applied tQM to curriculum development( Mahalaskshmi,2007)
Thus, the aim of thise study is to assess the perception of faculty staff members and their assistants toward total quality management.
The time needed to fill the questionnaire was taking about (one hours).
Data collection and tabulation took aperiod of six months, feome february to July (2009).
The pilot study was applied to a sample of twenty lecturers and their assistants in both faculties selected ranndomly frome different staff categories.
Besed on the pervious finding of the finding of the present study , the following recommendations are suggested .
1- there is need to increase faculty staff members and their assistants awareness toward tQM through frequent Seminars, and workshops.
2- There is need to and Support faculty staff members and their assistants to participate in implementing TqM Concepts.
