Abstract
Abstract: theino[2,3-d] pyrimidine theione 2 was synthesized ,followed by alkylation with different Alkylating agents to afforded s-alkyl derivatives 3-5,respectively . Condensation of 2 with benzoin afforded theinopyrrolopyrimidine-5 (4H).one 6 which react with allyl bromide to give the corresponding N-allyl derivative 7. On the reaction of compound 1 with Benzaldehyde derivatives afforded theino pyrimidine derivatives 10a-c, respectively. The O –acyclonucleosides derivatives 19a-c were obtained by the reaction of 10a-c with bromobutylacetate in the presence of DMF/K2C03, respectively. All the new synthesized compounds assigned by spectral and elemental analysis data.
