Abstract
Broccoli and red cabbage are considered of foods which have high nutrient value unknown for some people. A lot of researches attract sights to these nutrient materials for their supreme ability in playing a protective as well as accrual roles for poisonous effects resulting from some nutrient pollutants which play an important role in causing some cancer disease with its different types which become popular nowadays.
