Abstract Employees have relatively specific aspiration about the goals they expect to achieve in their jops specific levels of aspiration varr according to individual differences which have been noted in workers desire for and satisfaction with enriched jobs. It was found that nurses consitute a profession group, motivated by internalized values of quality and ethics, so that a nurse performance was related to the satisfaction of specific psychological needs. Orgsnizations vary in their ability to meet employees’ aspiration. Unmet aspiration are major sources of jop dissatisfaction. Personal problems can arise in this context in two watys: Firstly, an organization may be unable to provide sufficient moretary and psychological \rewards to meet employees aspirations. Secondly, the organization may exceed employee aspirations by providing more of a factor than the employee finds rewarding. |
