Abstract
Vegetable varieties are numerous some are common while others are less common in the Egyptian diet. The latter varieties may be relatively lately introduced and customer use them but less than the common varieties. Due to that vegetables are claimed to have clinical effects, in present work common and less common varieties of some vegetables were investignted on laboratory hepato intoxicated Sprague-Dawley male rats.
