Abstract The general aim of this study is supplementing hypercholesterolemic diet with two levels from (grapes pears and their combination) to improve its nutritive value. While, the specific aim of the current study is designed to evaluate the effect of supplementation diets with two levels from these fruits and their combination on Food intake, body weight gain %., organs weight / body weight%, lipid profile including (total cholesteroltriglycerides-high density lipoprotein – low and very low density lipoprotein), kidney functions (uric acid, urea nitrogen and creatinine), Liver enzymes (AST & ALT),Histopathological examination of liver and heart in experimental rat |
