Abstract
On the basis of the previous finding the following could be conuled :
1 – Dissolution rate of ofloxacin capsules from different formulations after storage at 40° C and 60° C showed that : formulae VI showed relatively high rate and extent of ofloxacin after storage for 6 monthes at 40° C and 60° C. Whereas storage at 60° C decreased the extent of ofloxacin dissoluted from formulae I, II, III, Iv, V.
2- Dissolution rate of ofloxacin capsules from different formulations after storage for 12 months at different climatic areas as Cairo, Alexandria, Uper Egypt, Beni – Suef, Delta Makkah, Jeddah showed that : formula VI showed relatively higher dissolution rate and extent compared to Kiroll tablets, and other formulations.
