Abstract
This study aimed to do trials for isolating and identification of the pox virus in buffaloes in Giza and Dakkahlia governorates .These trials were done through collection of samples in the form of scabs and nodules that appeared clinically on the diseased animal The collected scabs and nodules were prepared and injected into the choriollantoic membranes (CAMS) of chicken embryos appearance of grayish white bocks on the CAMS indicated to the presence and multiplication of the virus.
