Abstract
this Present Study was Conducted to Evaluate the Efficacy of low Intensity laser Therapy After Arthrocentesis in Management of tMj Internal Derangement Twelve Patients Suffering from Pain Limited Range of Jaw Movement and Joint Noises were Selected for the Study Clinical Examination and Radiographic Evalution were Performed at the Beginning of Treatment the Patients were Subdivided into Two Groups Group1: Included Six Patients for Whom Arthrocentesis was Done Using Sterile Normal Saline Followed By LILT For Eight Sessions.
