One hundred and twenty samples including meat and yoghurt (50) , chicken ration ans milk (10) samples were subjected mycological isolation of yeasts The isolates were identified as Calbicans , Ckrusef and Cpseudotropicalis The most frequently isolated yeast was Calbicans
