Abstract
Ten samples of mechanically deboned poultry meat and expeirementally prepared pure minced muscle and skin were exposed to different examinations including the organoleptie exaination in which all the examined samples desairable exept the expermentally prepared skin sample was showing yollowness and rancid odor.
