Abstract
A total of 100 random samples of raw goat’s milk were collected from different places in Assiut, El-Minia and Sohag Provinces (representing of Upper Egypt). Samples were dispatched to the laboratory with a minimum of delay where they were examined chemically and Microbiologically.
