Abstract
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the overt behavioral problems that start as early as three years and peak at the school entrance. It is now being recognized in the Arab world with increasing speed. ADHD is classified in the DSM IV as a disruptive behavior disorder, because of the significant difficulties it creates in social conducts and general social adjustment.
