Towards the importance of administrative authorization in general, and in the Sultanate of Oman in particular, this study tried to outline some important points of this subject. In the introductory chapter, the study deals with the definition of administrative authorization in language and law, its definition in public administration and the pillars upon which it is based as well as its development in the Islamic and administrative ideology and the modern administrative .
