Abstract
The main objective of this study is to confirm the following points :1-Survey or frequency of cucumber damping-off and root-rot pathogens.2-Isolation, identification and testing the pathogenicity of the casual organisms.3-The varietal resistance of some commercial cucumber hybrid to root-rot disease.4- Biological control of cucumber root-rot pathogens by using antagonistic fungi or bacteria in vitro and in vivo.5-Effect of propolis on cucumber root-rot pathogens in vitro and in vivo.
