The main objective of this research is to studyonion production, onion cultivars, physical properties of onion such as,(bulb diameter,mass,surface area,volume,density,shape and shape factor, specific gravity, and moisture content), also to study onion curing from the point of onion curing methods (traditional field curing, solar curing (greenhouse), artificial curing,and effect of curing methods on the quality of onion during storage),also, to study onion storage (traditional storage).
