Abstract
This work was conducted to study impact of intrauterine device on fertility. the study included one hundred eighty women,ranged in age from 18-35 years, who removed variable types of
intrauterine contraceptive devices aiming pregnancy or due to complications.Intrauterine contraceptive device had been emphasized as one of
the best available contraceptive methods , owing to its great efficacy,
prolonged usage period ,Lack of systemic effects , no interference with
sexual intercourse and advantageous cost- effectiveness . these attributes
make it unique and desirable for many users .
