The importance of this study is to indicate the extent to Relationships the rawls ideas of plitcails Libralism the present Condationsof the Society American plitical
It is also investgats extant this Philosopher was influenced by the previous Philosophers in this field
It also shows how far this has benfited from this Philosophers in constructing his on contemporary political liberal disscors
The Aims of this Study:
To realize this aims study deals with many problimtic issues such as:
1- The conception of justice and freedom in the works oh john rawls and to what extent he was a political libral philosophys this study will discuss Questions:
2- why john rawls stablished the theory of political librism
3- What are the agreement and differences between the writings of the Rolls? In the early the second half of twenty century and this late writings?
4- what does rawls means by means by overlapping consensus?
5- What is the role played by the Rolls to strengthen constitonal demoacry?
6- what is concept public reason?
