المستخلص By using Youghrt culture test (YCT) the antimicrobial residues could be detected in 20 out of 160 (12.5 %) different milk samples, distributed as 5, 9 and 6 out of 50,50 and 45 examined samples each of dairy shops, small vendors and milk collecting centers, respectively, besides none of 15 ultra heat treated (UHT) milk . Presence of preservatives or natural inhibitors may interfere with positive results of (YCT). Preservatives detection tests in (YCT) positive milk samples as Boric acid, salicylic acid, formalin and hydrogen peroxide test, where all tests exhibited that all samples were free from preservatives. |
