Abstract
El- Sadat city is one of the new significant industrial cities which have a special important site for the Arab
Republic of Egypt. The city was established in 1978 and
now it includes nearly 356 factories for the production of
various industries, its population is 150000 and total area
500 km2. There is no doubt that the industrial expansion in
the city increased air pollution including the pollution that
already exit and increasing its negative effect on the
surrounding environment. It was necessary for everyone to
react with 4 of 1994 law, which modified to 9 of 2009 law in
the field of environmental protection, which requires careful
monitoring of air pollutants and compliance standards in the
law to reduce air pollution, as these contaminants affect the
performance vital to humans.
