Abstract
Cancer is considering the most common disease at this time, due to spread of different pollutants in all sorts of food however it is plants or animals sources. Cancer is considering a big danger which threaten a lot of societies, which lead to death a lot of individuals specially in developed countries which don’t have knowledge or culture about food, In addition to sever poverty to food also illiteracy about protective sources of food accurance of different diseases specially cancer. So knowledge has a role in provide different scientific methods that protect against different cancer diseases produced by food. Therefore, this study aims to:1- Prepare extracts of some wastes from food processing by products such as Mango Kernel - Onion Peels - Tomato Peels (aqueous extract -ethanol extract –methanol extract).2- In vivo breeding of Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma cell in female Swiss Albino mice.3- Induct of solid tumor in mice by cell line cells, maintaining of cell line living and rate of death calculation. 4- Study the effect of plant extracts on DNA damaged cells in Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma cell line. 5- Try using some of this plant extracts to prevent or to stop cancer cell activities. 6- Study the effect of plant extracts on DNA fragmentation and its relation with cancer rates by using the electrphoresis pattern analysis.The obtained results could be summarized in the following:
