Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate ACS as frequent co-finding and a cause of morbidity and mortality following major trauma in the emergency ICU at hospital.
Objectives:
- Detection of the incidence of the abdominal compartment sundrome among trauma patients.
- Identification of the potentially etiological factor for ACS.
- Evaluation of the time of ICU stay and hospital stay.
- Increasing of the awareness among the anesthesiologists and surgeon abut IAH and ACS.
