Abstract
There are many industrial buildings adjacent to different agricultural soil such as industrial Mubarak area in Kofour El-Ramel /Quisna/ Minufiya Governorate. These industrial buildings are consider the main source of pollution by heavy metals in the adjacent soils. The heavy metals are the most hazardous of inorganic contaminants. Although, many of the heavy metals are needed in small quantities by plants and animals, they may enter soils in great enough quantities to pose risks to the health of plants, animals and humans. Therefore, the aims of the present work were to study the effect of industrial activities in the previous area on pollution by some heavy metals (Fe, Mn and Ni) in some neighboring soils of factories, and relation soil properties with forms of these heavy metals. To achieve these objectives, were collected profiles samples of soil from two locations.
