Abstract
Microbiologists from louis pasteur and ilya mechnikov to present-day scientists have emphasized the importance of understanding the contributions of gut flora to human health and disease.in this work, representative of gut microflra ( probiotic, commensal and pathogenic )showed differential adhesion capacities, and probiotic strains significantly reduce the number of adhered bactria (commensal and pathogens ) to the surface of colonic carcinoma epithelial cell line, caco-2.the assocation of certain bactria with protection aginst colon cancers.
