Abstract
The Aim Of The Present Work Was Detoxification And Degradation Of Aflatoxin By Microorganisms (Biocontrol Agents) Through The Following Steps:
1- Isolation Of Microorganisms from Food And Feed Commodities.
2- Extraction Of Aflatoxin from Aflatoxin Producing Fungi And Detection By Thin Layer Chromatography.
3- Purification And Quantitative Detemination Of Aflatoxins.
4- Studing Of The Factors Affecting Aflatoxin Production.
5- Studying Of Degradation And Biosorption Of Aflatoxin B1 By Different Microorganisms.
