Raised this study addressed the issue of public spending on basic education in Egypt between positive law and Islamic law, a central issue, namely identifying the reality of government spending on basic education and sources of financing local and foreign and contrast the extent and volume of expenditure on education in Egypt and the expenditure on education during the early Islamic period.
