المستخلص The study aims to identify the most important global trends in the field of privatization of pre-university education, as well as recognize the reality of management and financing of special education pre-university education in Egypt and offer a proposal for the management and financing of special education pre-university education in the light of the results of the study the researcher used in this study, a descriptive approach where it is more curriculum suited to the study, the study found a group of results was the following: - lack of government funding for private schools. Deprive the teachers in private schools of training courses organized by the departments or the ministry. Careful management of private schools to raise the efficiency of educational institutions. The researcher reached at the end of his study to visualize the proposal for the development of private schools have been targeted this perception as follows: - to develop and modify the following relationships and administrative processes that would reduce the centrality of education and works to increase the return on the educational process. - Find alternative sources of financing of private education as is the case in developed countries, giving the state the right to preserve the national character as well as promote the work the management of conflict and competition between schools. |
