Abstract Lipoproteins are particles circulate in the blood stream and have different densities (Scheafer, et al, 1978) These particles of liporotein are composed of fatty core of cholesterol esters and triglycerides surrounded by a monolayer of phorpholipid and free cholesterol. also there is a type of protein is embedded in this core called apoprotein. The protein part binds to lipid in a loosely manner in way to allow the ready exchange of lipids among serum lipoprotein and between serum and tissue lipoprotein (Rifai, 1986 , Brawn and Goldstein, 1987. |
