Abstract
the study area is about 80 km to the south of El-arish city, north sinai, Egypt. it is located at lonitude between 34° 15 and 34° 18 and between latiude 30° 40 and 30° 50, along dalfa mountain.Dalfa mountain has an eliptical shape and oriented in NE- direction.Its length is about 12 km, with an average width of 7 km. It belongs to the frontal folds of the cenoman-turan era .
