Abstract
Due to the appearance of sc-vera cases of respiratory infection in buffaloes calves in dif2erent breeding station at Jssiut Province (E1—Hawatka, Mankabad, On El-Kossor, El-Badary) • Al). diseased animals troated by normal antibiotic with no roáponse. Liorbadity rate wan 36%, mortality and emergency slaughtering rate was 22%.
185 buffaloes calves wore solcoted for theses tudies, age between one day old up to 10 months old, all suffered from respiratory manifestation.
Samples were taken from different part of respiratory tract involving nostrils, pharynx, right, left lobes of the lungs and pulmonary lymph nodes.
Bacteriological exaniination na well as for mycological studies to solv4ing this problem. The results as follows 1—182 bacterial strains were isolated from calves with respiratory disease symptoms as following.
