Abstract The congenital tracheoscphageal fistula is considered to be not uncommon congenital anomaly. It has been diagnosed since beginning of twenty century. At the first results of management of congenital TEF was of high technological facilities, and associated congenital anomalies e.g. cardiovascular anomalies, gastrointestional, anomalies.
