The aim of this thesis is :1- to estimate the residuals from regression failure models, exponential regression failure model, Weibull regression failure model, and extreme regression failure model, by using maximum likelihood method, least squares method, and weighted least squares method. 2- After estimating the residuals from various models and various methods, the researcher compares between a variety of methods to estimate the residuals by using residuals analysis. Residuals analysis is useful for determining the validity of the relationship, checking the model assumptions, and detecting outliers. Finally, the researcher concluded that, the residuals which were estimated from exponential regression model, Weibull regression model, and extreme regression model have many econometrics problems.
